Logistics with an instinct for goals

The spontaneous call came on the way back from Lisbon. The advertising boards loaded there are not to be sent to Germany, but directly to Istanbul. We didn’t hesitate and our driver turned around. The boards arrived on time – and a visit to the Besiktas – Eintracht Frankfurt match (1 : 3) was still possible. A clear victory for us and Eintracht.

Initial situation: Our driver had brought perimeter boards from Switzerland to Lisbon for the Sporting Lisbon – Lille match on 17.09.2024.

Task: On the transport from Lisbon to Switzerland, the customer asked us to deliver a new vehicle on 19.09. commissioned to drive the boards to Istanbul (for the match Istanbul Basaksehir – Rapid Vienna on 02.10.2024.

Solution: Our driver continues on to Istanbul.

Implementation: Collect documents from the sender, prepare customs documents, obtain permits for journeys outside the EU and send them to the driver.

Result: On-time delivery in Istanbul. And a visit to the Besiktas Istanbul – Eintracht Frankfurt (1 : 3) match the next day was also included for our driver.
