Two Maintal veterans go into retirement
At the end of February, we bid farewell to two long-serving colleagues on their well-deserved retirement: Alex (since March 1995) and Stephan (since September 2009).
With a teary eye, because we are losing two absolutely reliable and highly valued employees, and with a smiling eye, because both are now enjoying their retirement and have time for their hobbies.
Alex started out at Norbert Grenzer Transporte and has experienced the journey to today’s Maintaler Group from the very beginning. He was a permanent fixture in the company for many years and accompanied company founder Norbert Grenzer until his death in 2004 and later Ilona Grenzer until 2011.
Stephan joined Maintaler a few years later and quickly became an indispensable part of our team. When the two decided to travel together as a double crew, it immediately became clear that it was a perfect match. What one didn’t want, the other took on – together they were a well-coordinated team that complemented each other perfectly, both personally and professionally.
We say goodbye to two colleagues who have been on the road for Maintaler for many years with heart, humor and reliability. Countless kilometers across Europe, many stories and memories – all this remains a part of our Maintal history.
Dear Alex, dear Stephan:
Thank you for your commitment, your loyalty and all the years in the Maintal family. We wish you good health, many wonderful moments and relaxed kilometers – this time without any time pressure.
And of course: The door at Maintaler is always open for you!
Your Grenzer family and the entire Maintal team
